Two stages run: docs, then agent readiness. Competitors, events, personas, targeting, and the assembled report stay queued. A stage moves when its checks finish. There is no timer and no score.

No domain receives more than 60 requests in a rolling 24 hours, across visitors. A check that cannot run is unknown. It is not recorded as a failure.
